The Psychological Safety Scan
Get a clear line of sight on how your employees think, solve and work together.
The Psychological Safety Scan is a 7-minute online instrument that provides unparalleled insight into pockets of risk and opportunity related to Psychological Safety.
The measurement, reporting and debrief process enables organisations to identify where dangerous silence is risking operational success. Leveraging the Psychological Safety Scan data informs where strategic direction will be most challenged or most supported by the prevailing business climate. The data can inform professional development focus, people & culture direction, and direct attention to cultural change focusses that create sustainable business conditions.
The Psychological Safety Scan builds a data-driven picture of how employees are currently experiencing the organisation AND their teams in terms of Open Conversation, Willingness To Help, Attitude to Risk & Failure, and Inclusion & Diversity.

A clear line of sight on contributing factors.
Data on team variances identifies where the absence or presence of psychological safety may be supporting or challenging team functioning, and which teams may be meeting challenge at their ‘cross- business’ interfaces. When work is non-linear and interdependent, this information is critical to creating a sustainable and effective level of collaboration.
Data on other demographic variances that cut across teams to provide insight into the complex influences on psychological safety. For example, get a clear line of sight on where role, tenure, or project team influence how your employees are thinking, solving and working together.

To ensure a deeply impactful and practical experience at the Working Session on the 10th November, PeopleTalking are offering preparatory consulting in the form of a Psychological Safety Scan. We will work with you to establish the most useful combinations of demographics for your business, run the scan, provide a report, and debrief your key people. Contact your PeopleTalking consultant to explore what this could look like for your organisation.
