Exclusive Working Session
Thank You for Joining Us!
A powerful day of connection, insight and generous conversations.
Below you’ll find a collection of follow-up materials to help you revisit the key insights and conversations from the day.

“High-quality conversations are at the very core of ultimate performance and results.”
Professor Amy C. Edmondson
Thank you for participating in the working session last week!
It was a pleasure to host Professor Amy C. Edmondson alongside Kieran White, bringing together senior leaders from across Australia to explore how we create the conditions for sustainable performance and fearless leadership.
Drawing on the data you shared ahead of the forum, Amy and Kieran were able to guide a rich, cross-company conversation where you surfaced challenges, exchanged what’s working (and what’s not), and sparked many fresh insights. We ended the day with each table sharing the single most powerful idea that stood out. Many centred on ‘flipping the script’ on ‘speaking up’ by making silence more costly than voicing ideas or concerns.
Our sincere thanks to Amy, Kieran, the PeopleTalking team, and Qantas and Brooke Dwyer for hosting us so generously. Most importantly, thank you to each of you for your openness and contribution. Your willingness to learn together made the day both energising and impactful.
We are now pleased to share the resources, reflections, and moments from the day.

What We Explored Together
Throughout the working session, a set of clear and consistent themes emerged from the conversations in the room. These reflections capture the shared experiences, challenges, and aspirations voiced by Amy, Kieran, and leaders, offering a snapshot of what matters most as we work to create the conditions for sustainable performance and fearless leadership.

Moments from the Day
Throughout the session, there were so many moments of honesty, insight, and connection. We’ve captured a few of them here. Below is a curated selection of photos from the day, including your team portraits with Amy and Kieran. You’re welcome to download and use these images to share highlights internally within your organisation or on your social channels (with attribution appreciated). You’ll also find an ‘uncut’ video of Amy and Kieran recorded just after the event.
“Keep Talking”
Psychological safety is a practice, not an event — and the real impact happens in the conversations, behaviours, and habits that follow. We invite you to keep the dialogue alive within your teams, across your organisation, and with us at PeopleTalking.
If you’d like support to deepen this work or bring it to life in practical, scalable ways, we’re here to help. We partner with organisations in the following ways:

- Conversational agility: helping individuals and teams navigate tension, speak up, and stay connected using David Kantor’s Structural Dynamics model as a practical framework for high-quality conversations.
- Psychological safety measurement and insight: including the Fearless Organisation Team Scan (FOS) and the Enterprise Psychological Safety Index (EPSI) for large-scale measurement
- High-performance teaming: building the behaviours, rhythms, and mindsets that sustain performance over time.
- Leadership capability development: from customised immersive programs to short, scalable digital learning solutions.
- Online learning and toolkits — including The Fearless Leader’s Toolkit (based on Amy Edmondson’s Leader’s Toolkit) and our customisable micro-learning series.
If you’d like to explore what support could look like, we’d love to “keep talking” with you.
Thank You
Thank you again for joining us. We’re honoured to walk alongside you as you build environments where people can thrive and perform.
Keep Talking
